As far as the work goes, Eckhart Tolle talks about "The Ego". This isn't different than what we cover in The Dream Relationship Workshop. Although, we do use terms like characters and programs instead of ego. The Ego that Tolle refers to in his book is the same thing.
Michelle and I both highly recomend Eckhart Tolle's teaching. He seems a bit weird at first, the cool thing is there is no looking good program running him!
